Our therapists have been with us a mean average of 14.33 years with a range of less than 3 years to over 40 years. We have a wealth of experience as well as fresh ideas from newer providers to share with those lucky few who are new to Boike. 

We emphasize provider quality over quantity and have intentionally maintained our manageable size to keep our provider’s happy with individual attention and low fees.  We are here to provide the best possible services to the community and providers.

Yes, all new providers are assigned a free mentor and we also offer free monthly group supervision. 

No. In order to keep our expenses and fees low, we do not give providers holiday bonuses or expensive gifts.  Our providers would rather have larger deposits in their bank accounts each week than holiday bonuses they don’t control.

Our owners are providers who are dedicated to making Boike the ideal environment for patients and therapists.  We do not take a salary. We earn our income the same way you do and pay the same management fees you do.  When you save, we save.
